This project showcases my ability to design persuasive, data-informed learning proposals that connect learning outcomes to business goals. The presentation outlines a leadership development solution targeting key behavior gaps in communication, prioritization, and feedback delivery.
Grounded in adult learning theory and performance consulting practices, the proposal emphasizes measurable outcomes using Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation. It details specific reinforcement mechanisms and accountability structures to support transfer of learning and demonstrate ROI through improved engagement and customer satisfaction.
Purpose
The purpose of this project was to design and present a leadership training solution that not only addresses skill gaps but also aligns directly with organizational strategy. It highlights my ability to identify performance needs, frame learning as a business solution, and communicate value to executive stakeholders.
Process & Tools
I began by analyzing organizational data and employee feedback to identify performance gaps among mid-level managers. I developed the training strategy using the ADDIE framework and incorporated Kirkpatrick’s model to establish clear evaluation metrics. The deck was designed in Google Slides and Canva for professional visual communication, and a recorded walkthrough was produced to simulate a stakeholder presentation.
