This modular training course prepares chiropractic front-office staff to navigate client conversations with clarity and confidence. It covers service overviews, membership plan options, and a 4-step sales framework using a blend of microlearning, scenario-based games, short videos, and self-checks. Instructional content is scaffolded to build knowledge and then apply it in realistic contexts, with embedded resources and downloadable job aids to support transfer and retention.
Purpose
The course was created to address performance gaps in client communication and increase consistency in the sales process. The design supports new and experienced team members by offering flexible pacing and multimodal content, all grounded in adult learning theory. The goal: boost learner confidence while reinforcing trust-driven client interactions.
Process & Tools
The training was built in Canvas and integrates multiple tools to deliver a layered, accessible experience. I used 7taps for microlearning, Genially for interactive scenario practice, and Adobe Character Animator with ElevenLabs to create voice-narrated video explainers. Canva and Google Forms were used to develop graphics, quizzes, and learner check-ins. The experience follows UDL and Mayer’s multimedia principles, with chunked modules, clear navigation, accessible formats (including captions and transcripts), and practice activities aligned with real job tasks.
