Chiropractic Sales Microlearning: Membership Plan Details

This microlearning experience was designed to support front-office staff at Chiropractic Health Center in clearly communicating the features and benefits of multiple membership plans to clients. The content is bite-sized, engaging, and tailored for mobile-first access, ideal for quick review during downtime or right before patient interactions.

Purpose
The module helps reduce confusion around membership options by providing just-in-time information that staff can absorb and apply quickly. By streamlining the learning experience and offering reference materials, the training empowers employees to deliver consistent, accurate messaging that supports customer satisfaction and retention.

Process & Tools
I used 7taps to create a fast-loading, scrollable learning path with multiple content types. The module begins with an AI-narrated video built using Adobe Character Animator and ElevenLabs for voiceover, followed by a series of interactive FAQ cards and plan comparisons. A short quiz reinforces key takeaways with built-in feedback, and the final card links to a downloadable cheat sheet (built in Canva) for easy on-the-job use. This project reflects my focus on learning retention, visual clarity, and mobile accessibility.
