This learning game was designed to support front-office staff in applying a clear, ethical, and client-centered sales conversation framework. Rather than simply telling learners what to say, the game invites them to make choices, apply knowledge, and learn from realistic situations. The experience reinforces communication skills while building confidence and decision-making accuracy in real-world interactions.
Purpose
The goal of this module is to build fluency with a repeatable 4-step sales framework and help learners recognize how trust can be either strengthened or damaged through everyday interactions. It offers a safe space to explore techniques for empathy-driven communication, objection handling, and matching clients to appropriate care plans, all of which contribute to better service and client satisfaction.
Process & Tools
I used Genially to create an interactive, visually engaging learning game featuring drag-and-drop challenges, multiple-choice questions, and branching feedback. Canva was used to design custom graphics and icons that reflect the clinic’s branding and enhance visual clarity. The game was structured using adult learning principles and Mayer’s multimedia learning theory, with UDL strategies built in through multimodal content, reflection prompts, and accessible navigation. The result is a flexible, low-pressure environment where learners can experiment and grow their communication confidence.
