This flowchart was developed as part of a comprehensive eLearning program to support employees at Equine Empowered Therapy (EET) in adopting Google Calendar as a core scheduling tool. It serves as a high-level visual guide that outlines the course structure, module sequence, and key touchpoints for instructional content and assessments.
Created to align the course’s learning objectives with daily pacing and deliverables, the chart helped streamline the development process and provided stakeholders with a quick reference for how learners would navigate the course. This artifact reflects my ability to visually communicate course architecture in a clear, user-centered way that supports collaboration and transparency.
Purpose
The flowchart ensures shared understanding among design team members and stakeholders by clearly communicating the instructional pathway. It supports alignment between course goals, learner experience, and delivery strategy.
Process & Tools
I began by defining the course goals and breaking them into sequenced modules, aligning instructional content with assessments and learner actions. The design emphasizes modular delivery, feedback integration, and logical flow. Canva was chosen for its ease of collaboration, rapid iteration capabilities, and visually engaging output, making it ideal for planning artifacts that evolve alongside course development.
