I created this explainer video in response to Management’s request that Equine Practitioners adjust their work habits regarding the utilization of Google Calendar. This explainer video clearly defines three new utilization expectations, justifies them by highlighting the benefits, and reviews them in a fun, memorable way.
Purpose
The purpose of this short informational video is to explain the "why" behind the new expectations, aligning with Knowles' Assumptions of Adult Learners. The animated video uses relevant backgrounds and characters to illustrate the three new behaviors related to the company’s calendaring system.
Process and Tools
After meeting with management and collaborating on a thorough needs analysis to define the gap between the current and desired states, we drafted reasonable expectations aimed at streamlining time management and scheduling at the company, with a primary focus on Google Calendar. Vyond was used to develop the animated course and record the voiceover narration.
