I analyzed the gaps in the current experience (poor sequencing, low engagement, lack of accessibility), proposed targeted learning objectives, and mapped out a pilot solution leveraging existing assets. The project emphasizes my ability to balance scope, constraints, and collaboration needs while offering a high-impact, low-tech design approach.
Purpose
The purpose of this project was to practice stakeholder communication and instructional design consulting skills. I applied ADDIE principles, UDL guidelines, and adult learning best practices to address a real-world performance issue.
