This artifact highlights my ability to assess existing training resources, identify opportunities for instructional improvement, and present a compelling, low-barrier solution to stakeholders. I conducted a performance and content analysis of EET’s current onboarding video experience, identifying pain points such as inconsistent sequencing, limited accessibility, and disengaged learners.
The proposed redesign introduces microlearning modules that are structured, mobile-friendly, and compliant with basic accessibility standards. I developed targeted learning objectives, mapped content into digestible chunks, and created a roadmap for reusing existing video assets while layering in interactive support materials. The pitch balances learning impact with organizational constraints, offering a solution that is feasible for a small team and scalable for future growth.
Following the pitch’s success, the project advanced into a kickoff phase. The same deck was expanded to include workflow alignment: team roles, project scope, timelines, constraints, and actionable next steps. This extension demonstrates my ability to move from vision to execution and facilitate collaborative project planning across stakeholders.
Purpose
This project was developed to propose a more inclusive and effective approach to training new EET participants. It demonstrates my ability to connect learning design decisions to real organizational challenges, especially in nonprofit or mission-driven environments with limited resources.
Process & Tools
The pitch was developed in PowerPoint with visual assets and layout customized to reflect EET’s branding and tone. My process included a training audit, identification of instructional gaps, and prioritization of enhancements that could be implemented quickly using existing tools and assets. This project also involved stakeholder communication and planning for a pilot phase, reinforcing my skills in collaborative design and agile implementation.
